Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Little Bo Peep is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. However, we are always happy to help you navigate any shipping concerns.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags remain attached.
  • Items are free of stains, odors, and signs of wear.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Final Sale Items
All clearance and final sale items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent.
